Turdidae soundprint is a dawn chorus mono channel field recording from Villa El Dorado, an urban area in Vitacura, Santiago, Chile. This is a Pinto’s turning point field work approach from bird bioacoustics to an ecoacoustics and soundscape appreciation point of view. Turdidade is a passerine bird family distributed almost all over the world, whom are recognized for each individual has his own song as a fingerprint, in this case his own soundprint.
Recorded in December 2013 in Santiago, Chile.
